Unruly Reels is run by Lenny Lesser under Ona Industries in Seattle, Washington. This page explains what happens to what you send through this site. Short version: it's used to make your reel and talk to you, nothing else. It isn't sold, and there are no ads or tracking.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, email, phone if you add it, brand, and your answers about the project.
- What you add to the creative brief: files and voice notes you upload.
- Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your full card number. Stripe shares your name, email, phone and the amount paid with us.
How we use it
- To reply to you, scope your project and make your reel.
- To send the balance invoice and keep business records.
- We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Services that help run the site
- Cloudflare hosts the site. Its Turnstile runs a quiet bot check on the creative brief.
- Web3Forms delivers form answers to our inbox by email.
- Supabase stores creative briefs and the files and voice notes you upload, privately. Only we can open them.
- Stripe processes payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- YouTube plays our sample videos. A video only loads when you tap play, through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
- Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces.
Cookies and storage
No tracking or advertising cookies. When you send a creative brief, your browser keeps a private session so your uploads go into your own folder. That's all it's used for.
How long we keep it
For as long as your project runs and as long as business records need to be kept. Want your messages, brief or files deleted? Email us and we'll do it.
