Terms of Service
Last updated November 1, 2026
These terms apply when you book a reel with Unruly Reels, run by Lenny Lesser under Ona Industries in Seattle, Washington ("we"). Paying the deposit means you agree to them.
What you get
- A single reel or a 2-Pack, as shown on the menu. Each reel runs up to 60 seconds, in HD, sized for the platforms you need.
- Two rounds of changes per reel. More rounds, or a longer reel, can be added at a price we agree on first.
- Timing is agreed per project, after we've read your brief.
Payment
- 50% to book, paid through Stripe. The other 50% is due on delivery, by invoice.
- Final files are released once the balance is paid.
- Refunds: deposits are non-refundable once your creative brief is submitted.
Your materials
- You confirm you have the right to everything you send us: logos, photos, footage, music, names and claims.
- You let us use those materials to make your reel.
- You're responsible for the claims your ad makes about your product, and for following the rules of the platforms where it runs.
Who owns the reel
- Once the balance is paid, you can use the final reel however you like, for as long as you like, including paid ads.
- We keep the rights to our working files, prompts and methods.
- Showing our work: we may show any reel we make for you to promote Unruly Reels, on our website, social media and portfolio.
- Launch timing: if your reel is tied to a launch or anything time-sensitive, tell us and we'll keep it private until it's public, for up to 60 days after delivery, unless we agree on something else.
- Exclusive rights: if you need the reel kept private for good, with exclusive rights, that's available for an added fee we agree on in writing.
Made with AI
Our reels are made with AI tools as well as traditional editing. We review every frame, but AI output can occasionally resemble existing images, voices or styles. Tell us during changes if anything feels too close to something else, and we'll fix it before delivery.
Limits
- Our total responsibility for any project is limited to what you paid for it.
- We aren't responsible for results like views, sales or ad performance.
- These terms follow Washington State law.
